I watched about 45 minutes near its end because my wife wanted to watch it-- shows ya who wears the pants in da family. 
I thought Kamala Harris did what she had to do and did so quite effectively. OTOH, Biden looked stunned and old, even though I still think he'll remain the front runner. Sanders look too recycled. I think Buttigieg came off quite good. but not enough to carry the day, imo.
Standing back from the trees to look at the forest, it appears that both Harris and Warren were pretty much on their game, less so the others.
