What caused the Big Band? How long ago does science say this occurred? What is your evidence?

The following image was taken by a deep space telescope a few years ago:
Now, as we can see, the distribution, wavelength and brass section certainly do indicate a big band. The question still remains, however, as to whether this is truly a big band or lots of smaller bands that happen to have been drawn together over time. A deeper question might be whether or not this band was formed from a singular individual in a sudden burst.
I think it was caused around 1920, perhaps a little earlier, there are no really accurate dating methods.

Did God create the Big Band? Or did it have another cause?
Which God?
Is there a god of blues and jazz? I think there were a few
Maybe Duke Ellington and Fletcher Henderson were gods
Saraswati, of course.
Leadbelly and Buddy Bolden were gods of blues and jazz respectively.
