Teenage boy looking at videos of women clothed. Is it wrong?

Some of the videos had women in bikinis.

His mother states this is pornography. This was a teen website with parental control and had videos to include some women in bikinis.

She doesn't believe that men should look at women. Teen son needs to know if it is alright to look at a woman as long as they are clothed. Mom wants son to feel guilty about looking at a woman. Did god not make men and women to be attracted to each other to propogate the human race?

sexuality/sensuality is something we grow into.
we are incomplete without it.
To deny it... avoid it... strangulate it...
to treat what is good and normal as some dirty sin
is an incalcuable diservice to those developing into adulthood.

I KNOW varying degrees of this to cause psycological damage
that cannot always be reversed.
I know it for myself, from what I have seen and experienced in my own life
at the hands of a conservative catholic upbringing.

As others may have stated, whether it is pornography or not depends on the intent of the images. If the women in bikinis are doing erotic things, it is probably meant to be a form of pornography.
But even if it is not meant to be used that way, it could be used that way by the viewer.
Pretty much anything can be pornographic for someone.

My wife accused me of this years ago. I would watch Hercules and Zena, warrior princess on TV every week. She said, "this is like soft porn for you". I must admit that the costumes were eye candy. I love medieval shows.
