I know, you guys have a terrible quality control problem. But we do not have to label our chips as "crisp". Didn't you see the image that I posted.? They just say "chips". we do not have to worry about them being crisp or not, it is what is expected.

We have lower expectations in Europe, because the customer here is not always right. Indeed, sometimes he or she’s an inconvenience, and tbh we prefer it that way. We don’t take too kindly to being told to have a nice day either, unless the utterance is spontaneous and sincere. Perhaps we’re just cynical and moody.
