On November 24th, the Japanese Capital Tokyo experienced Snow for the first time in November for 54 years.

If they're at all like the southern US, they shut everything down...or if they're more sensible about it, they slowed down and enjoyed it...

Although, it's not like they don't get snow there ever anyway...
