I seriously doubt that American women will agree to China's
one child per couple mandate.

Who would willingly enter into such a thing by choice?
Forced abortion and all that?
Having to choose between a girl or a boy.

I can hardly imagine what an American woman would feel
she had to gain from such an arrangement.
