Haven't seen it before, but if they(theocrats) are going to endeavour to infringe on government and/or indoctrinate our school children i welcome such a counter movement, even though I wouldn't see it as strictly necessary to the functioning of a healthy secular government which didnt have theocratic pressures acting on it.

Singing about the need not to harm anyone is virtually a paraphrasing of 90 percent of the content of this man's invocation. As a Christian, I will not watch the video.
In my country there is no recognition or legal protection about such kind of religions, since they have never clarified what their purposes are, and whether their purposes are either directly or indirectly not conductive of the common good.
That is, by constitution a religion must demonstrate it founds itself upon good customs, which means their pillars must be ethical and aimed at not harming anyone.
lol...As a Christian, I will not watch the video.
That's pretty wacky. But anyway, you don't even know what their tenets are.In my country there is no recognition or legal protection about such kind of religions, since they have never clarified what their purposes are, and whether their purposes are either directly or indirectly not conductive of the common good.

If nobody explains me what this religion is about in detail, I will always rely on what Satanism means according to Christianity. So it's not my fault if the followers of this religions either hide or won't reveal details.Singing about the need not to harm anyone is virtually a paraphrasing of 90 percent of the content of this man's invocation.
Its a shame then that you choose to bury your head in the sand over it in the name of Christianity, but telling nonetheless.
In my opinion.
If they are positive tenets, then why do so many people hide themselves, and won't tell they profess that religion? That's pretty wacky. But anyway, you don't even know what their tenets are.

I guess they do because they have the tail of straw (Italian expression).
Otherwise they would do anything in daylight.
This is a debate.Nobody is interested in your useless presumptions, especially when you're being deliberately obtuse.
Some are probably not open about it because of ignorance and hostility from people like you?

You asked what our thoughts are.
My thoughts is that the US is a secular country founded upon Christian ethical pillars, since most Americans identify as Christians.
And a religion that revolves around the antagonism of Christian values, well...
I understand. But it would be nice if you said your thoughts about it too.As for the U.S., the first amendment of our constitution has an establishment clause which prohibits giving any religion preferential treatment.
You were too frightened to view it based on rather goofy preconceptions. There's nothing principled about that.Mine is not hostility. It is a stance based on juridical principles.
@Estro Felino is not ‘burying her head in the sand’! She simply has standards that she’s sticking to.Its a shame then that you choose to bury your head in the sand over it in the name of Christianity, but telling nonetheless.
Thank you so much.@Estro Felino is not ‘burying her head in the sand’! She simply has standards that she’s sticking to.
(I applaud her for it.)
What are your standards? Anything goes, eh?
They are not hiding, they are publicly proclaiming their tenets in front of the city council. If nobody explains me what this religion is about in detail, I will always rely on what Satanism means according to Christianity. And if it is a religion that revolves around the antagonism of Christian values, well...is like the perpetrator who claims to be the victim...I guess?
