We've had above freezing weather ever since that cold snap,
which wasn't all that cold....lowest temp was briefly -1F.
The next 10 days forecast shows all well above freezing.
We now have KY weather....not to be confused with the other "KY".

how is it technically possible that across the ocean there is the coldest winter ever...
whereas in Europe...

The Arctic Blast that set records is over. So we are back to "normal" or above. Right now it is warmer than average in the Pacific Northwest, I cannot say what it is like for the rest of the nation, but the present warm weather is not limited to Revoltistan. We are about 5 degrees warmer than normal right now for our highs
