Messiah simply describes something smeared in Oil , or a love-lubricant , that's why only Men are messiahs.
They also wear phallic shaped hats, like the Pope.
Thus when a King is referred to as a Messiah in Ancient times, it is the King being anointed as a symbol of a phallus being smeared in oil, it's a masculine statement.
That is why stone pillars (Phallics) are smeared in oil.

To try to answer your question: my answer is yes but not in a physical body. The force of the Messiah/Christ/Avatar/Maitreya is starting to strike the Earth as this image indicates. This force is far beyond the images and details in all the major religions as God is beyond all of our thoughts and dreams.
