Questions on the big bang expanding universe.

Ok, another question. Let us imagine a cube of space within an atom. let's say between the nucleus and any electron orbits. Given that there is no truly empty space in physics that I am aware of, what is the energy or whatever within this space in, a) classical science, b) quantum physics?

Ok, no takers on that yet, so here is another question. Is the form of an electron a cloud, a sphere, or a point? Or if in your opinion something else, please say.
