There is no "kol" in the Hebrew. I do not know where you get the transliteration. Let us stick to the Hebrew, please.

The word transliterated kōl occurs in Genesis 7:19 in reference to the high hills, and means 'all', 'whole'.

As further evidence, check out these multiple translations of the verse. They all include the word 'all' in reference to the mountains. Why would so many independent teams of translators do that, do you think?

I can only suggest that you take your text back to the vendor and ask for your money back.
