Would it be under Judaism? Noah played a part in Sumerian myth. He wasn't born in Israel, Noah is not a jew, as he was around long before the jews existed, as Abraham is considered to be the first jew, and he came after Noah.

I am not sure what Noahides exactly follow or practice, other than the 7 laws of Noah.
