Must morals be inevitable if humans have a consciousness?

********. Morality is psychosocial tropism, formation of patterns of value-modification and inborn ego subversion. Capitalism is what humans do in order to live together in a group. And it has no implicit morality, only a relative desire for profit over fighting.
It boils down to social signaling and hierarchy games. Playing ape, showing you're a 'good ape'. Most moral tropes are actually counterproductive to civil order once you leave the Savannah. Thus you get ******** like socialism.

What would you call all that psychobabble above?

The word you're looking for is psychologizing. Making up some ******** terminology to make yourself sound clever and superior.

Ah, thanks....

Without morality, what are we? No better than animals. A whole species of sociopaths would probably not last very long. Even monkeys have ethics and morality.

Does consciousness force, mandate, or otherwise "must" breed some sort of guidance to who we are and what we do.

I think not, but how about you?

I think it probably does if you take yourself to be that consciousness, and not the moods of your mind.

Morality is only necessary when limitations, weaknesses, and dangers exist. Humans, like many other creatures, evolved to be social animals because it's in the best interest of our survival. We exist on a world with finite land, finite resources, and inequality. So morals are necessary.

In a world where each person has all that they need, and cannot be harmed by anything, and everyone is equal, then no morals are necessary.

I think that yes, morals will be and must be inevitable if we have a conscience which I believe we do.
