Many faces of Fascism

YEAH?

Good. Then you could, perhaps, give us a list of properties that identify 'fascism,' to which everybody would agree?

I would really, seriously, like to see one.
If they've got the cool parades, the best propaganda, the best uniforms, the youth groups, religious fanaticism, charismatic leaders, zealous patriotism, and considered a right-wing dictatorship , that is quite fascist enough for my liking LOL.

Mussolini's doctrine of fascism was extremely anti-marxist, anti-communism, anti secularism, anti liberalism. I look for those qualities as well.

Well, shoot.

Nobody knows what a fascist IS, actually, or how to define 'fascism.' It's a word, like 'cult' that is used mostly as a pejorative. Nobody that I have ever come across can actually define what a fascist government/regime/attitude actually is, what it's properties are, and what one must be in order to qualify AS 'fascist."

It is a word that is used to mean: "your politics are wrong, I don't agree with you, and I don't like you."

Rather like "cult," which means "your beliefs are weird and I don't like you."

Then of course every negative thing that one can come up with can be ascribed to the accused 'fascist' or 'cultist,' and it's OK, because of COURSE the accused is guilty of eating babies or lynching black people or beating up old men or pushing grandma off a cliff BECAUSE he is a 'fascist' or a 'cultist.'

It gets a little old.

If someone could actually identify "fascism' in a way that would be recognized by everybody, that would help.
The only people who say that there is no clear definition of fascism are crypto-fascists who wish to hide behind the veneer of common decency instead of admitting they are fascist in orientation

Also, even fascist dictators did not agree with each other on how to properly institute and practice fascism

America, Russia, Japan, and multiple other nations have most of those qualities. In my opinion, fragments of fascism exist without a full blown dictatorship. It is still qualities that are intrinsically fascist and seen in virtually all fascist dictatorships.

Hence, fascism lives on. What is a dictator by the way?

there are many people who know a lot about fascism and are well-versed in it who do in deed claim that it is seen today.

I only know the version that I know. the doctrine of fascism is extremely Roman Catholic and defends Roman Catholicism.

The fascist party began when my drug of choice, crystal meth began, 1919. Right-wing nationalism works on the same receptors as crystal meth and releases dopamine and norepinephrine. I gave up crystal meth for right-wing nationalism.

Also, Mussolini's wife was born on my birthday and my only violent felony is stabbing somebody, and Mussolini got in trouble for stabbing people as a child. Not sure if it means anything.

Mussolini also used to be very leftist liberal socialist. So was I.

The real question is, "why does the Left always try to link American traditional social and religious values to Nazi or Fascist systems?"
