As a Jehovah's Witness, I knew for a long time that the JWs were in trouble and I stayed anyway so that if anyone else knew it, I would be there for them. But it is a sin for the JWs to contradict the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses so finally I left after I discovered that at least one elder showed that he supported those causing trouble (the gb). I knew when it was written in a Watchtower publication that for as long as Jehovah provides $ for the printing of books and stuff that they would continue it. I knew Jehovah does not provide the things that they say Jehovah provides. And I knew that Jesus is not on the first horse of the apocalypse like they teach he is. I was actually excited for the new edition of the Revelation book, certain that the things needing fixing would be fixed. When I found out that what they fixed was their own history, my heart left the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses. I fear Jehovah as I am supposed too, still do, believe it or not, so it was many years until I left bodily.
