Apart from the explicit assumption that god is good, which should be questioned, please quantify the word "good".

It sounded to me that God was a vengeful fellow in the OT, but this is only one person's opinion.

A bible quote or two would be nice, although I usually detest them - making this sort of claim requires at least some evidence to support your claim, and quotes would actually be relevant here.

Your logic itself is incorrect as to begin with you have already projected GOd is some form as from the begining God is a concept only and so a concept does not do anything.
So, the rest itself is on a wrong premise.
