I believe the surrounding verses (21-24) help us understand what is being said; "God’s eyes are upon the ways of a man, And He sees all his steps. There is no darkness or deep shadow Where wrongdoers can conceal themselves. For God has not set an appointed time for any man To appear before him in judgment. He breaks the powerful without needing to investigate And sets up others in their place." Jehovah is aware of all that occurs, and can render Judgment against wrongdoers whenever he chooses.Job 34:23
What does this verse imply about God?
Where are you guys getting the word "time" from?
In this case, the Easy to Read version. It also appears in the Contemporary English Version, Expanded Bible, GOD’S WORD Translation, Good News Translation, Lexham English Bible, Names of God Bible, New American Bible Revised Ed, New Century Version, and a whole lot more.Where are you guys getting the word "time" from?

Why do the various versions of the Bible express verses differently? My guess is so as to conform to the theology of version's sponsor.

BTW, I took a look at your link to the interlinear post on Job 34:23, and couldn't figure out how it's suppose read. Care to put the English words in their proper order? Thanks.

Doesn't make much sense, but thank you.Word for word it says:
Because - not on man, will He put more; to go to G-d in judgement.
(ie. He won't put more -of some undefined thing- on man).
Its pretty vague.Doesn't make much sense, but thank you.
