There's worse to be stuck in your head...I leave it up to you to find it for yourself...And now that song is stuck in my head....thank's for that.
Those are basically ineffective against the AK-47. And, realistically, low tech warfare is something the US military struggles against. Improvised explosives seemed the greatest danger during the Afghanistan-Iraq war, just as using the natural surroundings proved advantageous for the Vietcong (slingshots vs aerial bombings - it didn't turn out as you'd think).I liked the U.S. cyber attack done against Iran's military last Thursday. Some of the enemy's weapons are rendered inoperative, and nobody gets killed.
If Iran were to continue supporting military conflict against peaceful nations as well as pursuing atomic weapons, then I'd favor massive ordnance air blasts above Iranian underground military installations; this along with counter-electronics high power microwave advance missiles be detonated at Iranian military institutional facilities in order to render the Iranian weapons there inoperable.
I wonder what such a poll would show about Iran?
Loved the song, loved the movie, but no, I didn´t make the connection. The poll below reminded me of the quote from Alice's Restaurant....
"Shrink, I want to kill. I mean, I wanna, I wanna kill. Kill.
I wanna, I wanna see, I wanna see blood and gore and
guts and veins in my teeth. Eat dead burnt bodies.
I mean kill, Kill, KILL, KILL."
Quite a song, eh.
Poll: A third of Americans favor nuclear strike in North Korea scenario
I wonder what such a poll would show about Iran?
Btw, there's a frubal for anyone who saw the title, & immediately thought of Alice's Restaurant.

I have collected a bit of evidence on how Americans feel about Iran right now. It consists of twenty-seven 8 x 10 colored glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back ofThe poll below reminded me of the quote from Alice's Restaurant....

They have tons of people and caves to hide in. How long did it take to find Bin Laden and Sadam, again? It wasn't quick or easy. And you want radioactive substances leaked into the environment? That is absolute madness. Like it or not, its a matter of global safety that you cant just destroy a nuclear facility with bombs. That can even release radioactive toxins into the jet stream if things go really bad. And your also going to still get thousands of innocents who want nothing to do with it killed. Doing that primes people for extremism. They have no jungle to hide in, and target identification and delivery precision has come a long, long way in 50 years,
Of course you can. Israel knocked out a nuclear reactor with no residual radiation. Low grade uranium can be destroyed. They have tons of people and caves to hide in. This violence would have real consequences. All it takes is a remedil survey of the Middle East over the past 100 years to clearly see bombing them is doing the same thing again and expecting a different outcome. And many of them do want to die in combat against infidels. How is bombing them going to combat that very problematic issue?
Its track record isnt so great.Precision bombing doeśn´t kill thousands.
We might as well assume that happened when Trump ended the Iran agreement, meaning suddenly they were under no supervision or restrictions.Denying them nuclear weapons is critical to the safety of the world
Isreal and Pakastan already have them, with India not being that far away.A middle East bristling with nuclear bombs and missiles ?

Then the next ship they attack they sink.I'd wouldn't want a land invasion of Iran, I'd just like to disabled their large weapons capabilities from the air.
Then the next ship they attack they sink.
Do you mean India having them and not being that far from the Middle East or do you mean that India is close to having nuclear weapons? I am assuming the former, since India has had nuclear weapons for some time. Its track record isnt so great.

As I've oft said, I want effective weapons.War is just bad all around. I certainly do not look forward to engaging in anymore anytime soon.
But
For those of the soft and naive nature.
The global stage is a dog eat dog world. If you refuse to, use a firm hand, you only successfully get yourself killed. While I do not favor war, i do favor my own life over theirs. If I am forced to chose to have my life ended or end the life of the person who would end mine. The choice is easy to make.

each one explainin' what each one was and how it is evidence of American public opinion on Iran. I cannot link these, but Officer Obie is on his way to your location to deliver them.
That may be the only way to have peace in an aggressive world. Utopia is fine in theory, but I do not think it would work in practice. As I've oft said, I want effective weapons.
And peace.
I keep an eye out for him too, ever since he got all that new equipment from Homeland Security.I'm keeping an eye out for him.
