i have tone some work but i dont know the meanins or if i translated it right ... can someone translate it to me? if anyone can actually translate this

Providing the first word is correct.... wouldn't it translate:

BLAKR (A S S) TIVAR VILI ATASK

I have no idea if that is correct... What is it? Some Nordic runes?
Sorry for the spacing in (A S S) but the forum filters blocks it as a supposedly naughty word otherwise.
