How earth's natural resources must be divided?

Your post reminded me of this scene from Love and Death:

Funny ... Today we drove across vast plains of land, seeing crops that will go to waste this year because of weather, although one harvester was active trying to get something off. (Canola) So it was on my mind.

For some reason, the connection between land and food is missed, while urban sprawl, highways, golf courses, and more switch it from food to some other less pragmatic use. Certainly it's more noticed where it's scarce.

What is the fairest way to divide earths natural resources such as metal mines, oil and gas, wood, etc? Remember, no body has worked to earn these natural resources!

If you happen to be born and live in a country with little natural resources, and someone else luckily is born in a rich country, Does it mean the earth's resources you would get is from your place of birth, or all people would be entitled to all earth's resources?

Everyone who is in need of natural resources should have access to the resources, no division.

All the world's natural resources should be divided among the richest 1st world countries.

The reason for this is that 1st world countries are by far the most sophisticated and well adept manage the resources and appropriate them in such a way that the rest of the world might benefit from foreign aid.

****hole countries like Somalia or Syria should have no control over the world's natural resources.
