I see lots of political threads such as "How do you eat a donkey?" when the forum's name suggests it's suppose to be mainly centered on religion. So let's make it about religion...

How do you eat a god?

That really depends on which one.

The seasonings for Irish and African are entirely different, you know.

    Preheat oven to 420 degrees
Marinade with a fifth of Jaeger and gallon of Red Bull.
Season heavily with pepper and salt, and use a hefty dose of cajun seasoning.
    Let stand for an hour.
Heat butter in cast iron skillet.
    Wait until skillet is hot.
Sear amd cook god on each side for 2-3 minutes, to about desired doneness.
Finish in oven for approximately 7 to 10 minutes, until desired doneness is achieved. (I dont recommend well done)

I must have missed the thread about how to eat a donkey. I've never come across any donkey meat for sale at the store. Some states ban horsemeat, and I think donkeys would also fall under the same ban.

As for eating a god, I'm not sure how that would work at all. Back in my younger church days, I took communion, and I guess that may be the closest thing. But those communion wafers were kind of bland. No flavor at all.

But on the subject of "how do you eat a," I was wondering: How do you eat a porcupine?

I suppose the most direct answer is open mouth, insert, chew, swallow repeat.
Unless the eat is an eating for another board.

In that case, rubbed in several variations of chili, and roasted on a spit.

If you roast it at just the right temperature, all the meat will fall off, leaving the quills intact.

    Makes for easy party food.

    Okay, I've got a recipe...

    Name: 1 god 1 cup

Roll the universe out. Sprinkle with salt. For added flavor, dice a half an onion.

Put in easy bake for 45 minutes.

    Enjoy.

Hmm... Is this a literal question, or a figurative one? The latter might break a few forum rules. ;)

Cronus taught us how to enjoy this rare delicacy.

Swallow them whole but make sure you check for stones first.
