The question was did Jesus ever preach to the Gentiles..

AFTER the crucifixion he told his disciples to carry out the great commission.
The answer, as I said, was he never preached to the Gentiles.

Did the Jews consider Samaritans gentiles ? He preached to at east one of those, and He preached to two Romans, at least, certainly Gentiles,

'He never preached to a large group of them

The Samaritans were Jews.

When did Jesus preach to Romans? Jews could be citizens of Rome like Paul of Tarsus.

The Samaritans were an ancient Semitic people who occupied Samaria as early as 700 B.C. Samaria lies north of Judea and south of Galilee. The Samaritans claimed to be the remnants of early Hebrew tribes, and the Israelites and Samaritans felt contempt toward one another. Like the Jews, the Samaritans were strict monotheists who worshiped Yahweh.

The Samaritans were consider non Jews by the Jews, they still are. Being a Jew is not just genetic makeup. it is practicing the faith. Samaritans were not allowed in the temple, they did not practice the Jewish faith, they still don';t.

He preached to Cornelius, a Roman centurion, and his family.

Ditto for another un named centurion.

They were Romans, not Jews.

Samaritans lived in Israel which was more prosperous than Judah and Israel controlled Judah.

He was the Messiah of the Jews, but they rejected His message. He wanted to bring Judaism into itś final phase.

With their rejection, He turned to the Gentiles.

Kings and other important people were also labeled as Messiahs. The Jewish Messiah was a purely human person that would help them escape from bondage. Christianity reinterpreted and changed the OT to make it sound like Jesus was the only Messiah. It's so arrogant to build on a religion's text, then tell them they are wrong and going to hell.
