Frankish Paganism

Unrepentant goofer duster
Very interesting blog. The totemic focus on toads reminds me a lot of the whole "toad-bone" thing in English traditional witchcraft. A survival?

Vinlandic Warrior
Nice find. :D

I know, I don't even remember how I found it. But it's so interesting. Mainly because there is almost no knowledge at all on what the Franks believed in. I think the biggest piece of evidence is in Childeric's (I think it's his) grave, where he was buried with a bunch of little bees made of gold. They pretty much are assuming that the Franks followed a version of what the other Germanic people followed. But it makes sense anyway.
