Donald Trump -- a good judge of character

I'm not going to go through the list of positions that Trump has hired for ('best man for the job," or "nobody can do it better than him"), or that he has subsequently fired ("I always knew he wasn't up to it," or "most over-rated [pick a title] ever).

But isn't one thing that we've seen for the last thirteen hundred-odd days just massive proof that he is the very worst judge of people anywhere? Ever?

What CEO could survive a record of failed hires as bad as his? No, not even CEO, what manager could survive it without having his butt kicked out the door?

The Donald has long been an example in the field of management education of the theory of "Management by Chaos," although it goes by several names.

Mr. Trump is certainly an incompetent judge of people, but he is also incompetent in many, many ways. He could not even win his own election. Clinton, and decades by the Democrats of neglecting a segment of the electorate, lost the election to him.

What successful businessman would need to hid his tax returns? They'd be happy to display their success. I smell a stinky fish. Methinks a con is being had.

Oooh, sounds interesting. What segment of the electorate were Democrats neglecting?
That would be the poorly informed and easily misled rural vote.

No I don't think so.

I think Trump's tax return is legit, but I think he's hiding the fact that he likely doesn't pay taxes because of the loopholes designed for the benefit of the wealthy.

Oh, breaking the law and being slimy is of no concern to Donald. Being seen as having small hands on the other hand, tiny income, well, that's just too much to bear. Here comes the smoke screen. "Don't see my tiny hands, they're really not small at all. They're the biggest hands you've ever seen!" :)

Yeah, he's pretty obvious. He's nothing but bluster. Small hands. Always, small hands. Bad businessman who only floats on smoke and mirrors. Con job, all the way.

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...
Abusive. He broke at around 8 from what everyone can tell.
I suspect from an early age, because of daddy's money, he only got positive reinforcement for his antics and this left him the pathological avatar of Dunning Kruger we see today. He's been surrounded by sycophants who tell him "gee, great idea Mr trump" no matter what the idea is, or "of course it's not your fault that your legal-licence-to-print-money casino went bust" and so on. He's never had to be accountable for his actions, and, I suspect, never received the constructive criticism necessary to grow as a person. He has the affect of a toddler "everything should be about ME, everyone should love ME and pay attention to ME, everything I am and do is the GREATEST!", I suspect because no one ever challenged him or educated him beyond it. He'd be worthy of pity if he weren't in a position of authority where his incompetence and narcism is destroying millions of lives.

I don't think his paying a low tax rate is it. I think releasing his tax returns would show that his actual income and wealth is not all that large, that his 'wealth' and etc., is mostly a paper illusion, limited in reality, and not nearly as grand as he wishes to make it seem.

That being public would be a greater blow to his ego than simply his numbers being made public, in my opinion.

It's the attitude that our side makes no mistakes that could potentially cost us the election in November. If you do not by now know which segment of their traditional electorate the Democrats have been neglecting for the past 30 or 40 years, then you are not part of the solution.
