Does the New Testament Anywhere Clearly Talk About Homosexuals?

Neither soft men or liers with males. It is specifically referring to homosexual men,not Eunuchs.
No, it's specifically referring to soft men or men who lie with males. Homosexuality is never mentioned. Homosexual men are not automatically soft. I know several who could beat the dog slap out of you with your own arm.

"Men who lie with males" could refer to those who do "battlefield rape" -- who are not homosexual at all. You're making assumptions based on your own biases.

I dont think you understood me correctly.Of course soft men means "feminized men."Paul was not referring to sweet sensitive guys.Paul was referring to homosexuals per the holy scriptures.Whether Paul is a psycho is a matter of opinion.
So, full-on, bad-asp homosexual men are OK?

True Christians are not to hate homosexuals. If a so called Christian hates a homosexual, then they are not true Christians. It is one thing to speak about what God hates, and its another to hate that person who does the things God hates.
Denying them equal treatment and full humanity is an act of hate.

Lets continue to pretend as if God approves of homosexuality

Or, how about let's stop pretending that humans can actually telepathically communicate with God. If It really wanted to speak, it would speak on its' own, rather than whisper to goat-herders in the middle of an abandoned desert telling them to write down everything so that it can be translated and re-translated to the point where we don't even accurately know exactly what was being said.

Me too please. I would be deeply honoured to be on your ignore list.

WWJI?

Who would Jesus ignore?

:woohoo:
Im not ignoring people just to ignore them. These are ones that deliberately go off the deep end and push it to the point where its ridiculous. Some just want to argue for the sake of arguing. Some say really mean things.Others are just sarcastic and want to push buttons. You and I really do not talk on here but if you wish to be on the list then I will honor your request.Thanks.

A quote from PBS.org

"It is undeniable that relationships we would call homosexual, especially between men and youths, played an important role in Ancient Greek society. In cities such as Sparta and Thebes, there appeared to be a particularly strong emphasis on relationships between men and youths, and it was considered an important part of their education. On the night of their wedding, Spartan wives were expected to lie in a dark room and dress as a man - presumably to help their husbands make the transition from homosexual to heterosexual love."

Another quote states:
"Second-century writer Athenagoras charges that some at that time had set up “a market for fornication, and established infamous resorts for the young for every kind of vile pleasure.” Included in this “market” that publicly “sold” illicit sex was the theater. The themes of the shows dwelt on the immoral love life of the gods. The performers often dressed in “close-fitting dress” that gave the appearance of nudity. Additionally, on the walls of homes and temples, often in full public view, were paintings of “indescribable lewdness,” at times even portraying sexual intercourse. The statues of the immoral gods, often portrayed nude, were in public view for even the youngest of eyes. Also, literature containing some of the filthiest language and descriptions ever recorded circulated freely among the youth. Minds were contaminated from an early age by reading, or by having others read to them, the escapades of the gods and goddesses.

Add to this the very popular public baths, used by the masses, which were considered little better than “houses of prostitution under a respectable name”; the gymnasiums, where many young and old men exercised in the nude, and which became dens of homosexuality; and the festivals, which were often just public sexual orgies. The situation became exactly as that described in the apostle Paul’s letter to the Roman Christians. Referring to those who ‘rendered sacred service to the creation rather than the Creator’ and who followed the then-current morals, he wrote: “God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene.” (Rom. 1:24-27) Paul’s description was shockingly accurate, for the moral depravity of the Graeco-Roman world led to one of the most disgusting practices in history—the sexual abuse of young boys by older men. This filthy practice was glorified by poetry and plays, and the whole society was infected with it."

To conclude....even if homosexuality was commonly practiced and considered "sacred" to pagan gods...it doesn't mean it was accepted by the God of the Bible. In fact, after listing the type of immoral persons that filled the ancient city of Corinth—fornicators, adulterers, homosexuals and the like—the apostle Paul, in his letter to the Christian congregation located there, wrote: “That is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean.” (1 Cor. 6:9-11) The teachings of genuine Christianity had imparted moral strength so that its adherents could change and stay free of sexual immorality.

Just ONE problem with this!

It is not homosexuality - it is anal sex in a cultural, and Sacred sex context.

Homosexuality is being attracted to the same SEX.

In the OT homosexuality is spoken of.The NT says those who are sexually immoral will not inherit the Kingdom. It does mention men having sex with men in the NT.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men

Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality,

Again - IT DOES NOT SAY HOMOSEXUALITY.

Corinthians 6:9 is translated differently in Italian.
it clearly says not male prostitutes but "eunuchs" (eunuchi) or sometimes "feminized men" (effeminati).

"malakos" means what we would call a "dandy," or ne'er-do-well.

Jack of the Pirate movies comes to mind, or thousands of years of heterosexual, rich fat men, dressed in fine silks, soft, lazy, pigging out, perfumed, coiffured, drunk and drugged, too many women, etc.

The two sentences below are talking about John the Baptist.

Mat 11:8 ..But what went ye out to see? --a man clothed in soft (MALAKOS) garments? lo, those wearing the soft (MALAKOS) things are in the kings' houses.

..Luke 7:25 ..But what went ye out to see? a man clothed in soft (MALAKOS) garments? Behold, those who are in splendid clothing and live luxuriously are in the courts of kings. ..

Romans 1:25-29

Because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips,

However it tells us very specifically further up in the text - that this is Sacred SEX.

Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and serpents.

Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:

~~ ~ NOTE: the people in 24 that dishonor their bodies, are the people WHO worship the Act of Creation in 25! Religious Sexuality! ~~~

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of Deity into a lie, and worship and render religious homage to the "Act of Creation" more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

You folks need to stop using this one as it tells us right in the text that this is Sacred Sex, IDOLATRY.

NOPE!

It refers to criminals, prostitutes, What we would call Dandies/Ne'er-do-wells=soft/spoiled, and sex crimes such as rape.

No homosexuality banned there.
