Yes, but ultimately if I'm wrong and I don't have a "spirit" I doubt it will bother me much after death so I don't really worry about it.

There is no *I*; what is; is a part of the whole and this like the whole too is something that is physical at one end and spiritual and the other end like ice and vapor. The quality remains the same.

Sometimes I feel like a spirit and sometimes I don't. Theism has spirit and atheism don't.

Nope.
I have a feeling of identity brought about by my feelings and experiences, but that is not the same.
