Disagreements over how/when to reopen schools

Schools have been shutdown. The children that have contracted, and died, from it got it elsewhere, likely at home. Therefore to have fewer deaths among children they may well be safer in a school than at home.

The best evidence is that children get COVID 19 from adults. There is much much less likelihood of an adult getting it from a child. The evidence supports the premise that children are not the primary vectors for the virus. The 65 year olds didn’t get the virus from the grand children. They got it from the adults in their lives.

According to the CDC, as of July 8, the total number of COVID 19 deaths for those aged 5-25 in the U.S. is 115. 115 out of over 100,000. You can check for yourself.

If youth is not the reason for this low rate among them, you are free to produce your evidence.

I don't think I do, actually.

I'm not sure what agenda you're pushing, but your insistence that children can somehow magically not transmit COVID-19, and that fatalities are the only negative impact of the disease we need to think about definitely suggests to me that there's some sort of agenda at play.

In any case, you don't seem to be interested in a reasonable position, so I have no interest in trying to persuade you with reasoned arguments.
