So my coworker and painting superviser passed away today combo off diabetes and foot infection. I've been painting with him and this is a shock to all of us.

Strange when co-workers die. I once worked with a wonderful engineer from Italy.
Silvio loved food, & it got the better of him. At least he loved really really good food.
He was too young (50 something) to go. Condolences.
