NO Mosaic law applies to Christians.
Except when it suits them to cherry pick and rail, moralize and legislate against anything same sex. And if one were even to invoke Paul in Romans and Corinthians, he’s basing his diatribes on the Mosaic Law. And given that Jesus himself said that “until Heaven and Earth pass away not one jot or tittle would be stricken from the Law”. Seems many Christians want their cake and eat it too when they should be on diets.
Christ was a Jew, under the first covenant. He kept the law of the first covenant perfectly. The new covenant did not exist till the resurrection.I believe it does if Jesus wants it to apply.
I believe I quote laws Jesus wants me to quote so it isn't cherry picking.
What do your examples have to do with humans and an inherent knowledge of right and wrong ?More like terrifying.
Evolution has made monsters and sweethearts out of life.
The virus or the bacteria are great examples.
They can help us or they can rip us up.
Well, in my experience humans do not have an inherent knowledge of right and wrong. What do your examples have to do with humans and an inherent knowledge of right and wrong ?
Christianity is basically a pick and choose whatever one wants to believe in from the bible. Usually dictated by whatever their particular priest/pastor tells them to blindly believe in.
Nope
Actually there are 613 Commandments, but according to Jesus the Two Commandments (love of God & neighbor) cover the essence of all of them.
Sin is breaking God's law for you. If you do the right thing for the wrong reason, you haven't sinned. You maybe aren't the most virtuous guy around, but you haven't sinned.
So you believe that "natural law" binds all Gentiles. Well and good.
