As all rights of every type can be views.Yup. Amd by the same process they can be removed. Which means they're really just glorified privileges.
Your argument is inconsistent...Certain things entitle you to certain rights and privileges in relation to that thing. Such as library usage and medical rights. But those rights don't apply to all, as libraries are essentially membership clubs and the doctor's office is one of the few remaining places we can still expect privacy.
But ultimately people are not entitled to property as a right in Anerica.
Deny property rights, which exist in the Constitution.
Claim medical rights, which aren't enumerated.
