Arabic vs Persian vs Turkish cuisine

I see that there's not so much difference between the three: shawarma, awarma, kebab, halwa.

From what I can tell:

1) Arabic and Turkish cuisine use bean dishes like houmus and falafal: Persian does not
2) Arabic and Turkish cuisine uses more cheeses like halloumi and knefeh. Persian does not
3) Turkish and Persian cuisine has Kofte: Arabic does not
4) Persians and Arabs use pomegranate and berries. Turkish does not

I don't think I've ever had Turkish food.
But often Arabic (various kinds) & Persian.

I don't know if it's proper Turkish food I have had. It's a Mezze restaurant I had it at. But I don't know because it was baloon bread and cheese, shawarma, lahmachun pizza, knefeh for dessert. They also served houmous falafel, awarma, and pide pizza.

Is this a "spot the odd one out" competition? Halwa is a sweet dessert. The others are savoury meat dishes. (I had to look up awarma and it's nothing like shawarma or kebabs.)

And why do you say there's not much difference between the three - and then list four?

Not much difference between the three cuisines; the four I listed were four specific dishes
