Spirituality and/or religion is personal for most people. I don't even know why I came on this website really. I think it was boredom really. Unfortunately I've seen a lot of bickering about creationism versus evolution and a ton of bickering regarding scripture. I don't think this website is my cup of tea but if I've helped or inspired one person in even a tiny way then I guess it was worth it.

fwiw, embedded in the "bickering" is often some thought provoking stuff. If you originally came here to discover some new perspectives, I'd recommend that you give it a bit more time.

If you came to enlighten us, then, indeed, adios :)

Being thick skinned and realizing that something isn't benefiting you are different I think

Why do you find this worth the trouble of posting about it?

I rather like you, but if you don't like RF then just stop logging in and posting. Lots of members do that.

They don't go on about leaving RF, as if they wanted to attend their own funeral and hear all the nice things people say at those events.

It's useful to discover which posters & discussions to avoid,
& which are interesting. Focus upon the latter is best.

I'd advise @Power Stone to use a hiatus from RF as a refreshing vacation.
It would offer relief from the annoyances & tribulations we impose.
A fresh perspective could allow avoiding the vexation of some members & discussions.
