That's a bacon heresy I think. Canadian bacon is just ham. Not that ham doesn't have its own virtues. If they come up with ham flavored seaweed, the comparison to Canadian bacon would be justified.

Its ok I would not eat either the fries or "ham" anyway.

Actually back when I was a kid before I grew up I did like bacon. It was a shot at Revolt, the bacon worshiper from Michiganistan. There were people who had a disdain for it, I'm sure. He would gladly deny that he's ever met one.

But it costs more.

Since this was from 3 or so years ago? I was hoping I could purchase some commercially, to give this bacon-seaweed a taste test.

Alas, it is Not To Be: I could not source a commercial product with this stuff in it.

It's back to plain old Real Bacon.
