In 1 Samuel 28.It says Saul had banished all of the people who had familiar spirits. And when Samuel's ghost came up out of the ground. The Witch Of Endor screamed because it wasn't her familiar spirit. But a REAL ghost.Like in Isaiah 29:4.And Isaiah 14:9-10 and15.I think when Jesus dead he talked to these same people.Like in 1 Peter 3:18-20.And 1 Peter 4:6.

Jesus was seen on Mount Tabor with Moses and Elijah.

The poor man Lazarus was taken to Abraham's bosom and the dead rich man was interacting with Abraham.

Ghosts of deceased people are still alive and continue to influence us.

Scripture says "we are one body in Christ". When a person dies, they do not cease to be a member of the body of Christ.

We are connected to them in the communion of Saints and family.

    Really? Evidence, any examples?

I have shared many signs and wonders that are plenty enough evidence for me at RF.

    I have done so repeatedly.

I see you would not accept those testimonials, so it's pointless for me to waste more time.

One instance is I received Holy Communion for Emperor Hirohito and offered up the treasures of Holy Eucharist for Hirohito and Japan.

Minutes later, on Church sidewalk I found coat with Japanese flag. Beneath it was a Capitol H.

Hours before that I wrote a letter to Hirohito with a Capitol H instead of writing out his full name.

That Jacket is my most prized possession.

I have had things like that happen many times. That's all the evidence I need to believe.

I realize that means nothing to you, and I will respect that .

But you see, all I have is your word for it. Just like all I have for the Mormon faith is Joseph Smith's word that he found golden plates with "reformed Egyptian" and "seer stones" that would translate those -- if he looked into a hat.

You may guess that I didn't see a lot of reason to suppose that was all perfectly true...

Which is why I think God is a jerk for not giving you signs as well.

But I have been given too many that I couldn't be an atheist even if I tried.

I suppose this means nothing to you:

Kinda like those performing their special rites to get the gods to bring rain -- 23 times, it didn't work, but on the 24th time it did. So of course, they decided they did the ritual wrong those first 23 times, but "god" was pleased with the last one.

You may not understand why I look askance at such things...

As I said, "God is a jerk", but he has given me many signs far greater than a broken clock being right twice a day.

I could not be an atheist if I tried.

Roughly 90% of the world believes in Supernatural entities.

Many of them make the ultimate sacrifice for those beliefs. You don't necessarily know that roughly 90% of the world is delusional and believing in imaginary friends.

The fact that belief in the supernatural is so common, and there are medically documented miracles, that alone seems like evidence to me, that there may be a Spirit world, a supernatural world out there that influences ours.

But I have received so many signs I can't explain, that I am certain sentient beings (that can't be seen) have influenced me.

I just don't know what doctrines about them are true , and I think much of the Bible is stupid and outdated.
