Who is nearest to the centre ground in your warped universeIf you think the Lib Dems occupy the centre ground of politics, you are more delusional than we thought.
Well, it'll be interesting if the DUP support his 'deal' - must admit I'd be surprised if they do
Is it not an Internationally Bound Clean Break? It is not a deal, it is an internationally bound treaty.
Johnson's deal will ..
- Leave us worse off than May's deal
It has an internal border in the UK, it paves the way for deregulation; it allows the reduction in workers rights, environmental standards and consumer rights. Why is it worse?

No, the only way our current regulations can go is backward,So it's worse because it's more democratic and allows greater control to the British electorate?
To paraphrase Henry Kissinger "these issues are too important for the British people to be allowed to decide for themselves".
No, the only way our current regulations can go is backward,
Workers rights reduced - do the electorate really want that??
Environmental controls reduced, more pollution - do the electorate really want that?
I notice that you did not quote the whole of my previous post
There will be no GE until Brexit is done; even Johnson isn't that stupidIf the swamp would allow us to have a General Election we could get rid of the dross, elect a better class of politician and they would be capable of doing what the electorate demands of them.

Don't want much much do you??? A better class of politicians... Wow.
I wonder who voted for this lot of dross...oh right, the electorate
To be honest, I think a united Ireland would be good and would support that - but the Tories real name is the Conservative and Unionist Party, that includes NI. So why they are promoting it, I don't know.Cos that's pretty much a you care or you don't situation. If it's a deal breaker, it's a deal breaker, if not look at the other things.
Is this a major problem for you?
So the one-size-fits-all compromise mashed out between numerous competing nations is the zenith of enlightened governance that can not be advanced?
If the electorate want, they can vote for which ever party offers them a better deal. The point is you don't think they should have the choice and thus consider it a disadvantage that British people have more democratic control over their own society.
"Democracy is only good if I get what I want. If not, it's bad."
The electorate has awoken from its slumber since the last GE and can now see the undemocratic influence that the EU has over some of the current incumbents.
You think? The majority of polls done recently show the electorate have little time for far right bull and lies, the numbers for the EU now far exceed the brexit brigade.
