There was a time this year including last month when I had a thread up somewhere else drinks and food and said I was happy being 270 it was 70 pound weight loss. But I started putting my weight back on probably up to 295 now. My diet has been going up and down, between 270 and 300, I'm the yoyo diet queen.

So I decided to join Weight Watchers next month. I need a food plan. I'm aware that Over eaters anonymous and TOPS is way cheaper then Weight Watchers. However if I do WW at home, on the internet its only 25 a month and I don't have to get out and take a taxi there.

I can do OA at home too, but really don't want to work 2 12 step programs it would confuse me.But I really really need a foodplan to commit too, so going back to WW.

I get plenty of food with WW and nice nice recipees...........

If we don't change the patterns of our behaviors, or if we lapse back into bad habits, losing weight is going to be a roller-coaster ride. Once we recognize what we are doing, and change that, then losing the weight to get back down to a desired weight is the easier step you should only need to do to once.

I was 70 lbs overweight. I took it off several years ago and have maintained the lower weights ever since. Physical exercise is also important, if nothing more than even just a 20 minute walk each day. More is better of course, within reason. Just something to get the metabolism raised.

And good luck by the way! Losing weight is a good choice.

If you want to lose weight and keep it away, you need to fix insulin resistance and once you become fat adapted you can never go back to your old habits. It requires a complete change of lifestyle, for the rest of your life.
I'm not familiar with the WW program, but before you start, I strongly advise that you become familiar with what insulin resistance is and and what you can do about it.
I've had a fantastic personal experience with intermittent fasting, but I don't want to get into too much detail and make you feel that I'm preaching my choices to you, so please take some time and do some research.
Best wishes to you.
