Should I be? Did he qualify his remarks based on his "30 year career" working with blacks in prison? If someone cites that as their qualifications, then the standard is in fact going to higher. What professional qualifications makes his opinion carry more weight? What research? What studies back him up? And so forth Yes, the standard is different when you try to bolster yourself as a "expert". Damn straight.

I recommend simply addressing what is said in specific

It's important to recognize that there's an increasing problem with violent anti-white racism in these communities.

The first orders this evening were issued by the PD. Sherman Park will close at 6:00pm and will reopen at 6:00am.

There is a curfew for everyone under 18 starting at 10:00pm.

There should always be a curfew for those under 18. We had them when I was a kid. They benefited everyone. Every night at 11:00pm the three local networks ran the following - "It's 11:00pm. Do you know where your children are?"

Videos showing the rioting. Note the overt racism towards whites in the first one . . .

I think, from what I understand of your above argument, that "Black mindset" is a poor choice of words, since what you're talking about is a mindset that can be adopted by any group of people regardless of race. Your choice of words in the first post makes the post sound overtly racist.
