21 YEARS Of Marriage!

Depends Upon My Mood..
Today is my husband's and mine 21 year marker for marriage.

Boy what a tough ride for both of us.

I think at this point its a competition who is going to give up first..LOL!!

Actually I love him.I think he is cute ..He has his charm mixed in with his faults..His charm shines above his faults .And I dont even know how he puts up with me.

Wow ..that sounds horrible.But anyway thats the truth from my perspective.

And I remember the day we got married...I was crying and lookign for the exit sign at the church..(thats not a joke)..And he was SMILING..ear to ear..

Dont worry ,,,I made him quit smiling..He is not the cat that ate the canary.

He tried..Now we are both cats..or canaries or whatever.I think we are pathetically in love with each other.

Thank you ..Its scary.But comforting.

Ya know..you start out at 14 years old in love or loving a man..And at 41 you still have an inkling..And through a bunch of crap..It makes you feel old.And synical too.But you have that love.

I wish I could be young again.

I just curios from a young kids perspective what you think.

I'm glad you guys still like each other after that long.

My parents were married for 22 years, I think. They started off liking each other, and then sort of didn't (it seemed) but then ended up liking each other again. But then it was over. My mom says she's still married and doesn't want to check Ms. on forms, because she still thinks she should be Mrs. She doesn't like "Until death do us part." oops. sorry. :D

Thanks..we had dinner plans..I dont know about you but we had sirens going off with TORNADO warnings!! and TAKE COVER..We couldnt leave and the kids are here..So I guess thats when the other 364 days of the year count for something.

Im not spoiled..plus ..Andy gave me a pair a Ray-Ban sunglasses..In a red frame.I think they are too expensive but Im going to keep them anyway.Because Im still wearing my Ray-Bans from 15 years ago..they are just all scratched up..He is so thoughtful.

Well, for one, it's a Friday :p Also, I got them an ice cream cake for their anniversary (it's on hold at Cold Stone). We just usually do something as a family together.

AHHH...Sweet...Only but a few of our marriage anniversaries were celebrated without our chldren..

You are so sweet to get them a cake..

We ended up or "I did" anyway celebrating our 21 st trying to catch a tornado on film.Me and my husband ..our 13 year old..and I was calling the 19 year old to get his butt home ...LOL!!

HOW romantic!!! But thats how I like it..

Our one year anniversarry we took a trip back to Jamaica(no kidding) but we brought our son with us who was 5.

My husband has cooked many lobsters since then..And we have cleebrated with my mother ..my brother our chldren..

This year seems to be tornado time!!

You never know..

Congratulations! That's great! I'm excited when I hear how much people like being married to each other. I'm getting married on the 26th to my best friend. I hope my marriage will be as happy as yours sounds after 21 years!
