    To give someone frubals, you click on the thing that looks like scales at the top right corner of their post. Usually people give frubals to posts when they think the post is a good response or something. I like to sometimes give mine out randomly though. They don't really mean anything except a sort of reputation thing. Like someone who has tons of frubals probably says things a lot of people find to be smart or funny.
