Perhaps you should consider going for Noachidism then? If you decide to and someone asks what it is, you could just say "Judaism for Gentiles, except we only need follow the Eight Laws, similar to the Ten Commandments, but without the Sabbath". Boom, explained in one easy go?

There isn't that much info about Karaite for 2 reasons IMO. One is that there beliefs are fairly simple. The other is that Karaites interpret the Tanakh themselves so there is some variation.

I just have been looking on youtube, Wikipedia, ect

However, I am trying to adapt. It's different in some aspects. Also there is NO Karaite community were I live (only places are Istanbul, San Francisco, Israel and possibly West Europe AFAIK). So I am trying to learn more and more and adjust. I really like that Karaite Judaism encourages me to explore the Tanakh for myself However, I am not sure yet if I'm going to stick with this.

Yeah, I don't blame you. Religions are a big jump, most definitely, especially when they can determine your dietary habits as well, that's something I've found as well. All I can say is take it slowly and enjoy the journey, even if you have to make a few U turns.

I didn't see Intelligent Christian so I can't comment, but I don't think Soldier of Christ will last long at all if he or she keeps up that tone of voice. Whether he or she is an actual person or a troll, I have no idea but I'm leaning towards troll at the moment. However, I don't meet many Christians in my day to day life so I have no idea what they can be like across the pond, since the ones I've met when I've been over in the US have been nice. However, I get the feeling he or she could actually be a real Christian as opposed to a Poe, and not one who has learnt respectful debating yet.

However, bad first impressions, lol.

I've not heard of it, I'll have a look for it sometimes and see what I think, although I've got many books that I want to get beforehand, and no space to put them (our bookshelf collapsed! :O)
