  • Hey Orias. How's things? I've been reading a few recent threads on Satanism. I'm intrigued. I'm an atheist, so I've got no interest in theistic satanism, so would you recommend reading LaVey? Any other authors / sources you could suggest?

    Cheers.
I'm actually trying to compose a thread of the same idea. I have this great quote that suggests the old pagan gods were freed from people's expectations of them by the coming of Christianity which broke the chains and essentially made them more powerful to the people.

    ha ha....oops.

so what is your story? you play guitar i see...

on a side note... my son, who is 7, has his own computer and he's really into video games...i've set the parental controls on it so he can only play 2 hrs a day...do you think that's too much time...now that he's on summer vacation?
You might want to also check out a band called Behexen, also a good example of old school Black Metal.
    well hello,
it's coming along, i finished the that nordic rock project. it was a blast. so much so, the guitar player and i decided to write more cues in that genre, instrumental versions...in hopes for placement on sports shows...
    what about you?
Recently I've been listen to bands like Xasthur - "Prison of Mirrors" and Black Plague "In Nocturnal Hellfire", "Summon the Gates Open". I love those slow, dragging and dark melodies. Its given me a lot of ideas for some riffs to a few of my own songs.
