    After what our son went through with shingles a few years ago, I highly recommend getting it. Also, vaccines don't prevent one from getting the virus, but it usually lessens the symptoms.

    My ancestry is Heinz 57 but 95% from northern and western Europe. The shock was when my 23 and Me results showed some ancestry on my father's side from northern India, and, indeed, he does have some of those physical features.
