  • It's decent. Thanks for asking. Though lately things haven't been all that great. My sister got into a car accident in Winnipeg earlier today. The car was completely totalled. All the airbags in the car went off. Doctors say if the steering wheel airbag didn't go off, she'd have been dead.

She's fine, though. She's back at home. It was more the shock than anything.

...But that sounds like a great plan, lava :). If you ever come to Canada, be sure to message some of us Canucks on RF and maybe you can stay with one of us, if they're willing.
Fine, thanks! I am just doing research and looking forward to enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with my family (it is an American and Canadian holiday). How are you?
Good to hear from you! :)
Haha! Well, here's a sample off the top of my head.
    Dramas:
Grande Illusion- a great French anti-war film
Beauty and the Beast- the Jean Cocteau version.
Throne of Blood- Akira Kurosawa's masterpiece
Fight Club- Even better than the book.
    And I do love horror:
The Haunting- A genuinely creepy ghost story.
Kairo- One of the scariest Japanese horror films I've seen. (I love Dark Waters and Ringu too)
Carnival of Souls- it was a big influence on Romero's Night of the Living Dead.
John Carpenter's The Thing- I love this movie. :D
    Comedies:
The Kid Brother- I'm a Harold Lloyd fan so anything with him is great.
Raising Arizona- One of the Coen Bros. best.
    Superbad- I love this film.
has it ever ? i wonder sometimes? i ahve to go now , we must speak more often.

    Peace
the world changes but i am not sure about the change he wants. Power is a strange thing Lava people with power always feel the need to exert it. are Turkey and Iran on good terms?
Hello Lava , i see they gave you an award! it was well deserved in my opinion.
seems like a threat, why you want to know that?
would you mind if i dont reveal that? :D
Nice to meet you to! Would you be opposed to me sending you a friend request?
I'm assuming you're referring to the "Ask" portion under my name. I did not actually mean to ask me (Although by no means am I irritated or offended, I actually find it flattering that people take interest, as I find it healthy to learn, even about something as insignificant as me). I actually was referring to the portion of my beliefs that tell me to always ask questions, to always seek knowledge, not just knowledge, but that secret knowledge that most people don't care for. I don't know, just a fascination with me. Though I encourage people not to borrow parts from my beliefs, and to seek their own, I DO encourage people to always ask questions and learn.

Sorry, that was lengthy, and I'm not sure if I answered your question...
    Hiya lava,
Great to see you! I'm delighted the fasting went well.
I've been fasting myself today. I'm going back into hospital now in about 5 minutes so they can have another look in my stomach.
Say one of those good .lava prayers for me!!
Right. I must go. I might be around later - but if I am I'll be still feeling the anesthetic - so pay me no attention!
Talk to you tomorrow please God

That's about how most Canadians feel. Meh. Thanks for the tip. My mother has a whole bunch of cure-alls. She owns a health food store. So I'm well-stocked haha :). How have you been doing?
