I disagree with this. Fear is pre-wired. It is essential for survival, engaging the fight or flight response. Not only is it pre-wired in humans, but in all creatures.

Yes I do. We are hard-wired with the ability to learn to speak, but not with the inclination to do so.
Our brain capacity allows us to believe in something, and to speak, but it is not what our brains evolved to do.
