Bell pepper, corgette, onion, various tomato products, olive, herbs - mostly

We are having it with potato things

We've done it before, it's nice!
Sounds great, other than the onion! :D

What's a potato thing?

I think out of the three, I'd want poha every day.
I do like poha, but pongal is higher in protein, and if I buy fresh produce, because I live alone, I wind up wasting more than I'd like to because it usually turns before I can use it.

I made paneer tikka masala with my first attempt at homemade sauce.

Sunday dinner...

Wild mushroom soup.

Slow braised lamb shank, new potatoes and new carrots.
Our resident veggie is having braised tofu.

Salad (just red lettuce as a pallet cleanser)

Armandine (with apple) tart.

Coffee, cheese and oatcakes.

Wine for those who want it will be Cateaux D'Aux (rose)
