iran is a shia country but you see same hijab and burkha imposed there so basic laws that came from the quran are same everywhere. also country laws have nothing to do with islamic laws so i live in a country where dress is not imposed but ask anyone on the street and they would claim that it is better to wear burkha because islamic beliefs are same out there. all of your western freedoms will fade away soon

I can't wait until I'm far enough along in my Japanese studies to piece together if something is Japanese or Chinese without it needing Hiragana or Katakana with it so I know. it is harmful for society as whole but you westerns are individualistic. there is no human right, it's just western right you are talking about. a woman has the right to go naked or sleep with whoever she wants but then what about the child? they will grow up fatherless and depressed. what about a child's right to know his father or get the love from his parents? you guys don't care about these basic rights. you guys just care about rights involving sexuality and your lingering

One thing that I like about islamic values is that it requires the adherent to remain commited to their contracts/treaties/covenants both to each other and to God.

Shame that did not happen for the Babi. In the three main conflicts Islam waged with the Babi, in Ṭabarsí, Zanjan and Neyriz. They only defeated the Babi because the Muslim broke thier oaths on the Quran. The Babi remaining loyal to the oaths, knowing it was a trick and that many would face torture and death.

These are epic stories many may not be aware of, especially many modern day Muslims.

Interestingly, these values of Honesty, Truthfulness and Trustworthiness have been carried forward.
