Those smoking sections don't keep smoke away from non-smokers, lots of places didn't even actually have smoking sections but it was the entire establishment (remember disposable ash trays at fast food restaurants?), and employees shouldn't be forced to breath it. And, yes, we should be intolerant towards public smoking because it is a public health risk, and no one should have to suffer the stench or health hazards. We shouldn't tolerate drunk driving either.It's because one side is clearly intolerant against the other.
Smoking rooms weren't good enough for these people. They had to ban it all.
And, yes, Indiana banned it. What the hell is your excuse?
