Have you ever changed your diet? Such as you stopped eating certain foods or started eating other kinds? Did you notice a positive change? Did you experience any push back from others who didn't understand? Share your experiences.
In my faith we keep the dietary laws of Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. Although atheists and Chr-stians fight against the Law of Yahweh, I can say that not because of genetics, or any other factor have I good health, but by keeping His Laws. They are so many diseases going around, yet still people arrogantly think to know better than Yahweh. Don't they know they're opening themselves to physical problems, and not just them, but their children too? (Cancers and other diseases can be passed down to our children)
Right now, it's the Shemita year (Exodus 23:10-11, Leviticus 25:1-55). It's one year we let the ground lay fallow so we don't eat anything that grew up in this year (the year began on the Day of Atonement) or eat anything that ate anything grown up in that year. Fruit and wild fish is unrestricted. As a result, besides the things I've stocked up, I find my diet changes to a much more healthy diet of a lot of fish and fruit and maybe meat once a week. I've also been eating plenty of nuts.
Do some people not understand. Sure. But at least I am able to witness the glories of Yahweh's Law. And Yahweh's Law is a very good law. He cares for the land and he has commanded that the land be able to rest every seventh year and debts to be cancelled (Deuteronomy 15:1-2), just as we are commanded to rest each seventh day of the week on Saturday. I remember one person who owed me some money was happy when I told him I forgive him for the debt and didn't have to pay me back. When I explained it was the Sabbatical Year he was overjoyed, haha. I know Yahweh is a loving Elohim is a loving Elohim by His Law.
