At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses[ a] and was about to kill him.

Exodus 4: 24-26

Can you imagine, that loving Jesus has made a plot to harm most great Prophet?
No. It was satan, not Jesus. Because there are two gods in Bible under word god.

Here we have the preacher preaching people about their sin, whilst he ignored his own transgressions.

pal, Moses was groomed for 80 years to be the prophet that will lead Israel out of captivity, where God will be his instructor.
Moses knew the full history of Adam up to Jacob, and the commandmends and vows made between God and Israel.
Yet, his own son was not circumsised as was prescribed by God himself, and Moses for some reason neglected to do so.
Do you think Moses was innocent in not fulfilling God's command?

Perhaps you forgot that Ziporah was a Midianite, and by the description in the few verses on the event, one can see that she despised the circumsision practice, and when she found that Moses was on the verge of death, dhe performed the practice herself realising that IT HAD TO BE DONE.
ANYHOW, IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO QUESTION GOD ON THIS SMALL INSIGNIFICANT POINT, AND TO MAKE GOD OUT AS SATAN... I am worried about you.

Believe me, it is terrible to fall in the hands of a Living God.
He excuses no transgressions, and to blatantly transgress his law, does not even excuse His best Friend, Moses.

Think twice before you think you are more intelligent than the Creator.

Oh, as for Jesus...
Did you not read that he will sit on the right hand of the Father, and will have a metal rod in His hand to rule over all the nations.

He will judge everyone!
And by our own actions will condemn ourselfs.
Greetings.

When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched

Genesis 32:25

Can you imagine, the the Jesus the healer of the sick, has made His chosen Jacob the cripple.
It is dangerous to loose health 2500 years ago. It was satan, not Jesus. There are two gods in Bible.
Tell you what!
Seing that I do not believe you are Eastern Orthodox Christian,
but some sect of Islam where the Muslim scholar continiously posts one after the other "Contradiction and atrocity" from carefully constructed arguments compiled by Ahmad Deedad et al...

I will give you a challenge to determine how well your logical problem solving developed during your youth.
This will show you how you can disect such "Biblical problems" with simple logical thinking.

Here is the challenge.
How is it possible that Jesus had 2 geneaologies?
One in Matt 1:1 to 17 and one in Luke 3: 23 to 38.

And whilst we are busy with this simple contradiction, which you will learn is not, explain to us how this verse works.:
So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; from
David to the exile to Babylon fourteen generations; and from the carrying
away to Babylon to the Christ, fourteen generations. (Matt 1:17)

If you are able to answer the above, I will accept that you are not Muslim.
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.

The failed attempt to murder Moses was made before any talk about circumcision. The attempt has happened before the son's circumcision.

Well, I rest my case.
You dont know the Bible at all.
You never even read it!
Come back and tell me who was the first Biblical character circumsized, and how long before Moses did he live.

Muslim perhaps?

I always find that the Islamic sects loves to give these "Atrocities" as evidence that the God of the Bible is some bloodthirsty murderer.
It is eazy to do such a superficial claim, but one heck of a difficuilt thing once the facts on every point is verified on why God acted in such a way.
For instance, If God acted against a religion that burned their children to the god Moloch, the critisizer will say, " God killed inocent people."
If God leaves people to sin, the Critisizer will say: "God is not omnipotent because He dont remove sin"

Well, let me make you aware of your actions!
You are an Idolator for one simple reason!
You want to create your own God!

A god that is constructed to the way you want to reason him into existance.
Not the God who created everything, eventually revealed Himself to Moses and Israel, or the God who decided to send His Mind (Word) to become a Man, to die like a Man, to be ressurected as an immortal Man, as the first of us who will be saved by His example.

Any other God is an iddol, and if you want to change the God of the Bible, it is not the one I believe in.
Your demise, not mine.
What do Islamic sects have to do with any of this?

Here's a little something in regards to your comment
There is no God because . . .
  • If God exists, then God is omnipotent, omniscient, and morally perfect.
  • If God is omnipotent, then God has the power to eliminate all evil.
  • If God is omniscient, then God knows when evil exists.
  • If God is morally perfect, then God has the desire to eliminate all evil.
  • Evil exists.
  • If evil exists and God exists, then either God doesn’t have the power to eliminate all evil, or doesn’t know when evil exists or doesn’t have the desire to eliminate all evil.
  • Therefore, God does not exist.

Allow me to explain your reasoning.
First, you assume that God can eliminate all evil.
However, this assumption is one made up and not an attribute to YHWH in Biblical description.

You see, Evil is not some stain that can be washed off one's mind or spirit.
Evil is the opposit of Gods perfection in being sinless.
God is at one with this situation that NO Sin and NO Evil can appear in His presence.
If any sin gets in God's presence, it is as if a firy reaction takes place and Evil and Sin simply sets alight, so to say.

Therefore to assume that God is now a non omniscent being, because He can not eliminate sin, is a human falicy.
The same with Death.
God did not create death, but it was Lucifer who acchieved in Adam loosing his physical immortal body, and gained a corrupt one that ages with time and eventually die.
Death is the abscence of the life giving force of the Spirit of God.
Death is where God is not present. Does this mean God is not Omnipresent?
No, but it means that the sinfull spirit will be in Hell where even there God's presence will burn the sinfull spirit.
This means that if Man taints his spirit, he condemned himself, not God!
Thats why God came in the form of a man to accept a new body washed with the spiritual blood of Christ, to cover the sins the newly born Christian to be able to appear in the presence of God with no consequences to their physical bodies.

manmade equations never worked for me once I took time to think of the attributes of God.
**SPOILER ALERT**
Isaiah 45:7
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

It is an old song: "satan is good, God is evil. That is why God does not exist."
Considering that Yahweh was originally a North Arabian War God who was worshiped by the Semitic tribes, and Satan, appropriated first from the Hebrew word 'ha-satan' meaning adversary, then from the Zoroastrian concept of Divine Duality. and finally associated with all the older horned gods . . . yes, I would say that Yahweh is the bad guy and Satan the good guy.

Gospels of Nag Hammadi
Testimonial of Truth (3:4‑5)

"It reveals truth only when one reads it in reverse, recognizing that God is actually the villain, and the Serpent the holy one."

Please do not modify my proof to make it sound stupid. OK?
Can you not read, it was a verbatim quote? I didn't modify it, just removed the unnecessary and annoying line breaks, and it wasn't a proof of anything, and it needed no assistance to appear to stupid. As it was the most blatant piece of circular reasoning I've seen. Here it is again verbatim:

Consider the possibility of a God who knows everything. Then He knows what God exists. Thus, in order to know everything, you need to know that you exist. This is part of the knowledge. Part of the Truth. Thus, the possibility of God's existence becomes a proven fact.

Here is my response verbatim:

Your claim was a blindingly obvious example of a circular reasoning fallacy, ipso facto it was by definition illogical. Here it is again, for all to see.
