It depends upon the believer. Your idea is amazingly poor. Arabic is a more recent language, yet you probably believe the Moses myth. What language did God or Allah speak to Moses in. I can guarantee you that he did not call himself "God". That is a more modern word. An English one to be exact. I doubt if Moses spoke English. You appear to be conflating the concept with the name.

I say God because I grew up speaking English and Christian. If I grew up French it would be Dieu. Spanish: Deos. And on and on. Allah is only the same concept in another language.
